As Arizona’s first Green Bank and a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Groundswell Capital leads the Coalition, strategically structuring partnerships to leverage diverse capital sources.

Alongside harnessing federal investments through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund and the Inflation Reduction Act, we have crafted an independent and innovative capitalization strategy to maximize impact.
